The service

Sandbar is an online creative software service operated by BEACH BAR WIRRAL LIMITED. It generates outdoor celebration plans, image assets, short invitation reels and PDF packs.

It is not a licensed event planner, caterer, alcohol seller, venue operator, booking agent, safety authority or funds handler. It does not sell, deliver or arrange physical goods, alcohol, venues or staff.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian consent. Alcohol-related educational content, if requested, is for adults 18+ only. Keep account access secure and provide accurate billing information.

Subscriptions and usage

Shoreline includes one plan each month. Host is $17 monthly or $163 yearly for eight plans each month and all six image outputs. Crew is $74 monthly or $710 yearly and adds unlimited planning, video and expanded controls.

Allowances reset monthly, do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred or withdrawn. Paid plans renew until cancelled. Prices are USD and taxes may be added where required.

Outdoor and beach safety

You are responsible for checking weather, tides, water conditions, site rules, permissions, accessibility, sun exposure, heat, shade anchors, first aid and active child supervision. Sandbar is not a weather, tide, lifeguarding or safety authority. Do not use fireworks or flame-based decorative devices; use battery LED or solar lighting only.

Food, allergies and responsible enjoyment

Menus and quantities are suggestions. You must verify ingredients, allergens, cross-contact, safe temperature, storage and preparation. Sandbar prioritises mocktails. It does not sell or arrange alcohol. Any alcohol-related recipe information is educational, limited to adults 18+, and must not encourage underage or excessive consumption.

Games, funds and bookings

Games are for entertainment only. Do not use Sandbar to arrange real-money wagering, gambling, cash prizes or betting. Sandbar does not hold event funds, take payments for other people, make bookings or mediate transactions for goods or venues.

Your content and generated results

You retain rights in content you upload. You grant the limited licence described in the Content License so we and processors can generate the requested files. You are responsible for permission, legality and accurate use. Generated outputs may resemble existing material by chance and are not guaranteed unique or suitable for a particular purpose.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service reliable but generation providers, storage and payment services can be interrupted. We may change features or limits where reasonably necessary, with notice for material paid-plan changes. We do not promise a particular creative or real-world event outcome.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, Sandbar is provided as a creative tool; we are not responsible for decisions made without independent safety, weather, allergy, permission or site checks. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid subscription is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months where permitted by law.

Cancellation and termination

You may cancel renewal through the customer portal. We may suspend access for fraud, security risk, non-payment or material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy. Account closure does not remove financial or legal records we must retain.

Governing law and contact
