What cookies are

Cookies and similar storage technologies are small records used by a website or service provider to recognise a browser, maintain security, remember choices and measure use.

Strictly necessary

These support security, admin authentication, checkout continuity, load balancing and privacy choices. They cannot be switched off through a consent preference because the requested service would not work. Session cookies typically expire when the browser closes; security preferences may last up to 12 months.

Preferences

Optional preference storage can remember interface choices such as billing interval or display settings. Where consent is required, it is set only after permission and generally lasts no longer than 12 months.

Analytics

Where enabled with required consent, analytics help us understand aggregate page and feature use, reliability and conversion. We do not use analytics data for cross-context behavioural advertising. Analytics identifiers are configured for limited retention.

Payment provider technologies

Stripe, and PayPal where offered and selected, may set security and checkout technologies on their own domains to prevent fraud, authenticate payment and complete the transaction. Their policies govern those technologies.

Your controls

You can reject optional technologies through the consent control where shown and can delete cookies in browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent login, secure checkout or account management. Browser “Do Not Track” signals are handled according to available law and platform support.
