SandbarLawful and respectful content
Use content you own or have permission to process. Do not generate harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, deception, fraud, impersonation, illegal instructions or content that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
Minors and age limits
People under 13 may not use Sandbar. Users aged 13–17 need parent or guardian consent. Do not sexualise minors, expose their location, or upload identifying children’s images without appropriate authority. Alcohol-related educational requests are limited to adults aged 18+.
Alcohol and responsible enjoyment
Sandbar does not sell, deliver or arrange alcohol. Mocktails are prioritised. Any alcohol-related recipe or pairing content is educational for adults 18+ only. Do not use the service to encourage underage, coercive, dangerous or excessive drinking.
No hazardous celebration content
Do not request fireworks, explosive effects, flame-based decorative devices, unsafe water activities, unlawful site access or instructions that bypass weather, tide, food-safety, fire or child-supervision rules. Use battery LED or solar décor instead.
No gambling or funds handling
Games must remain recreational. Do not use Sandbar to facilitate wagering, betting, gambling, cash-prize pooling, financial schemes, third-party payments, venue deposits or transactions for physical goods.
Technical abuse
Do not bypass access controls or usage limits, probe other accounts, introduce malicious code, scrape private data, overload generation systems, resell account access or automate abusive request volumes.
Enforcement
We may refuse generation, remove content or suspend access where reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance or a material breach. Serious or repeated misuse may lead to termination and legally required reporting.
